Poultry Slats

Wooden flooring in poultry barns has been used for many years because a better alternative was not available.  But wooden flooring has a number of problems that makes it poorly suited to the environment in a poultry barn.

• We've created a poultry slat that will last.  The BSM Agri Ltd. slat comes with a unique hinged frame system that significantly increases its durability.
• Our poultry slat makes it easy for you to install and clean your flooring.  With the interlocking design of our slat you need no tools to install the slats or remove them while cleaning.
• Decrease the bacteria your birds are exposed to.  Since our plastic slats are made from pure polypropylene and easy to clean they don't allow bacteria to build up in them like wooden flooring does.
• The BSM turkey and chicken slats offer increased traction and foot support that reduces injuries to your birds.
